Confiscation of violating fishing nets
The Marine Protection Department has seized fishing nets in violation of the conditions near Al Aalia island, which have been confiscated.
The Ministry of Environment and Climate Change calls upon the fishermen to abide by the environmental laws and conditions, and not to use illegal fishing nets, or to fish in prohibited areas near the islands or coastal areas.
