To begin, access the Winter Camping Service website for the 2024-2025 season through this link:

- The website will ask the user to log in by entering the Qatari ID number and password as registered in the National Authentication System.
If an account in the National Authentication System is not available, the user can click on the (Register Now) icon to be redirected to the National Authentication System website for registration.
Please note that the registration requirements regarding age and nationality will be reviewed before logging in. It is necessary to ensure that the mobile phone number is the approved number for communication.
- After logging in, the user will be directed to the homepage of the website, where he can click on the link “Create New Registration.”
- The user will be directed to the camping reservation page. If the user had a desert camp reservation in the previous season in one of the areas available at the time of registration, the user will be asked if he wishes to reserve the same campsite as last year (provided that places are available at the time of registration).
If the answer is yes, the same camp data will be selected automatically, and the process will move to the next step. If the answer is no, the user will be able to choose the type and location of the new camp to be booked.
Before moving to the next page, the user must agree to all the terms and conditions after reading them in full.
- As for the step regarding payment of the non-refundable reservation fee, the user must complete the payment process within one hour at most in order to complete the reservation process. Payment can be made using a Debit Card or Credit Card.
- As for the step regarding payment of the security deposit, the user must complete the payment process within six hours at most in order to proceed with the reservation.
The deposit can be paid using a Debit Card or Credit Card. Please note that refunding the deposit for Debit Card payments will later require attaching the IBAN certificate approved by the bank, while for Credit Card payments, the deposit will be refunded to the same card after the season ends.
After completing the full payment process, an electronic message will be received on the mobile phone confirming the reservation and informing the user of the communication method to fix and receive the camp site.
- After that, the receipt for the reservation fee and the receipt for the security deposit will be displayed, and the camp owner will be contacted by the inspector to confirm the site and then print the camp’s special board.
- The winter camping conditions as well as safety instructions can be viewed at any time through the links available on the website.
- The user can view his account or his camp data by clicking on his name link at the top. From this page, the user can view personal data, camp data, and any violations recorded on his camp, if any, at any time.
