The Minister of Environment and Climate Change visits the Qatari Center for the Breeding of Houbara established in the province of El Bayadh, Algeria

His Excellency Dr. Faleh bin Nasser Al Thani, the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, conducted an inspection visit to the Qatari Center for the Breeding of Houbara Bustards in the El Bayadh Province of Algeria, accompanied by His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz Ali Al-Naama, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Algeria, and the accompanying delegation from the ministry during his visit to the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

The visit was made to assess the latest developments in the final stages of the project established by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change, aimed at preserving the natural biodiversity in all its forms and species.

Through the establishment of these centers, which the ministry has created in several countries, the ministry aims to work on the breeding of endangered animals and birds in its protected areas, as well as in internal and external production centers.
