Preparatory Meeting for the Participation of the State of Qatar in the COP 28 Conference
H.E. Minister of Environment and Climate Change Sheikh Dr. Faleh bin Nasser Al Thani chaired this morning the preparatory meeting in preparation for the State of Qatar’s participation in the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 28), which will be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from November 30 to 12 December 2023
